It all started when…

I’ve been drawn to storytelling for as long as I can remember; something that probably started with seeing Star Wars at a drive-in and never really left.

What began as curiosity turned into a career after a college film course set things in motion. More than 25 years later, I’ve produced thousands of projects across a wide range of clients and industries. I still enjoy the process of bringing ideas to life.

I founded Vaupel Video in 2017 with a simple goal: to help people tell their stories well. Whether it’s video, photography, graphics, or live production, I take pride in creating work that reflects each client’s vision and connects with their audience.

Alongside my production work, I also mentor and teach students pursuing careers in media. It’s an opportunity to pass along real-world experience, reinforce the fundamentals of strong storytelling, and help the next generation better understand both the creative and professional sides of the industry.

Media Production: From concept to final delivery, this is a full-service approach to content creation. Services include on-site video production and photography, audio recording, directing, and producing; followed by comprehensive post-production editing for both long- and short-form content.

Still Photography:

Not every story requires motion. Professional photography offers a powerful way to capture your brand, your people, and your message with clarity and impact.

All photography projects include high-resolution final images delivered directly to you. No additional fees for downloads or reprints. You have full access to your images, ready to use wherever you need them.

Editing & Graphic Design:

Already have video or images captured? That’s a strong starting point.

I specialize in turning existing media into polished, purpose-driven content, whether that means editing video, integrating photography, or designing graphics that enhance your message and strengthen your story.

Live Event Support:

Extend your in-person event to a wider audience through professional live production.

From live sound support and event audio to simple single-camera streams or multi-camera, multi-platform broadcasts, I provide the technical expertise and production support needed to deliver a smooth, reliable live experience, both on-site and online.
